Light Plastic Security Seal

Light Plastic Security Seal is a disposable tamper-evident plastic seal designed to prevent unauthorized access to goods, meters, cash bags, and other valuables during transit or storage.

Manufactured from high-quality PP and PE materials, this seal is lightweight, compact, and easy to handle. Despite its small size, it offers excellent tensile strength — once the cord is threaded through the locking mechanism and tightened, it cannot be pulled back. The seal must be manually cut or broken to be removed, leaving permanent and visible damage that serves as clear evidence of tampering.

Each seal can be customized with laser-engraved logos, text, serial numbers, or barcodes. Unique numbering enables full-chain traceability and anti-counterfeiting, making it an effective tool for brand protection and inventory control.

Widely used across postal services, logistics, catering, hospitals, and banking, this seal provides a cost-effective solution for securing parcels, meter boxes, medical sample bags, and cash bags. Available in multiple colors including green, red, yellow, blue, and white.

Step 3: Steel Plate Installation
Internal locking components are assembled into the lock body.

Step 4: Steel Plate Fixation
The metal locking insert is securely fixed to enhance locking strength and durability.

Step 5: Laser Printing
Company logo, serial numbers, or barcodes are laser-engraved onto each seal.

Step 6: Product Packaging
Finished seals are packed into cartons according to order specifications.
